Kate Lantier joined Bain Capital in 2024. She is an Associate on the Real Estate team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kate was an Analyst at Eastdil Secured where she worked on investment sales and debt placement across all real estate asset classes.

EDUCATION

Kate Lantier received a BS in civil engineering and an MS in management studies from Northwestern University.
