EXPERIENCE

Kevin Zhou joined Bain Capital in 2021. He is an Executive Vice President in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Special Situations team in Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kevin was a Vice President of Transformation at Laird Performance Materials, a portfolio company of Advent International. Previously, he was a Manager at Bain & Company, where he focused on strategy and business transformation in Greater China, Southeast Asia, and the US.

EDUCATION

Kevin received an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in electrical engineering from University of Michigan.
