EXPERIENCE

Kieran Condon joined Bain Capital in 2024. He is Vice President of Compensation, supporting our private markets businesses. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kieran was Director of Compensation for Putnam Investments in Boston. Previously, he held compensation, benefits, and payroll roles at Canada Life in Ireland and the UK. Before that, Kieran held HR roles with Reed Personnel in Ireland.

EDUCATION

Kieran received a master's in human resources from University College Dublin's Michael Smurfit School of Business. He has an MA and a BA from Trinity College Dublin. He is also a Certified Compensation Professional with World at Work.
