Kyle Buseck joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is a Vice President on the Insurance team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kyle was a Senior Associate on the Private Equity team at Stone Point Capital. Before that, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Citi.
