Experience

Mr. Gregg joined Bain Capital in 2018 as part of Bain Capital Real Estate’s founding team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Gregg was a Senior Associate in Harvard Management Company’s (HMC) Real Estate Investment Group where he was responsible for the acquisition, portfolio management, and disposition of HMC’s real estate investments. In addition, Mr. Gregg helped evaluate real estate private equity and venture capital funds as well as other corporate-level investments.

Prior to joining HMC in 2014, Mr. Gregg worked in the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging Investment Banking Group at Jefferies.


Education

Mr. Gregg received a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University.
