EXPERIENCE

Man Kinoshita joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Partner on the Special Situations. He also supports our real estate efforts in Japan.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Man was the Japan Head for Goldman Sach’s Asset Management Division and had been responsible for the firm’s alternative investment strategies, including Real Estate, Credit, Private Equity, and Growth Equity in Japan. Before taking this role, Man was a Co-Head of Special Situation Group at Goldman Sachs Japan.

EDUCATION

Man received a BS from Keio University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
