EXPERIENCE

Marvin Larbi-Yeboa joined Bain Capital in 2021. He is a Partner in the Technology and Financial and Business Services verticals and is a member of the North America Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Marvin was a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of J.P. Morgan, where he co-led Technology M&A. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Barclays Capital / Lehman Brothers. He was also formerly a Principal at Mubadala Investment Company, a sovereign wealth fund, where he was responsible for investment opportunities in technology. Marvin began his career as a software engineer at Nortel Networks and has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector.

EDUCATION

Marvin earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He graduated Highest Honors with a BS in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
