EXPERIENCE

Masafumi Kamishiro joined Bain Capital in 2021. He is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Masafumi was an Executive Director & Partner at Monitor Deloitte in Singapore, where he led growth strategy, M&A, PMI, and operational transformation offerings for TMT and industrial products sector. Previously, he was a General Manager of Strategy & Turnaround at electronic device manufacturer and a Project Manager at Roland Berger.

EDUCATION

Masafumi received his MS and bachelor of science and technology from Keio University.
