EXPERIENCE
Matthew Evans joined Bain Capital in 2009. He is a Partner on the Special Situations team, leading the Industrials vertical as well as the firm’s aviation investing franchise, working with a variety of airlines, government services companies, aerospace manufacturers, and leasing and asset management platforms. As part of his role, Matthew manages a diverse portfolio including control equity, minority equity, junior debt, senior debt, and hard assets.
EDUCATION
Matt graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale College in 2009, where he studied ethics, politics, and economics.
