Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures, Merritt was an investor focused on late-stage venture and growth equity investments at Goldman Sachs. She was involved with Goldman’s investment in Ring, the smart video doorbell company with a mission to make neighborhoods safer. At Princeton, Merritt served as President of Princeton Women in Business. At HBS, Merritt was involved with the newly formed Women in Investing student group and helped to organize the first summit for alumnae of the school. Merritt is also a CFA charterholder
