EXPERIENCE

Michael Winiarski joined Bain Capital in 2024. He serves as a Managing Director in the Global Investor Relations team at Bain Capital. He holds responsibility for capital formation across the firm’s Real Estate strategies.  

Prior to joining Bain Capital, he served in senior roles within Investor Relations at Bridge Investment Group and Greystar. Michael began his career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. 

EDUCATION

Michael graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Management from the Lally School at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a CFA charterholder.
