Mike Krupka

Experience

Mike has been at Bain Capital since 1991 and has invested in numerous companies, from start-up through $1B in revenue, across multiple areas. Mike was the CFO of a $70M loan processing company and President of a $100M software company. Prior to Bain Capital, Mike was a consultant at Bain & Company.

Mike focuses on investments in application software and SaaS companies across multiple sectors, including insurance, real estate, travel and entertainment, auto, education, and HR.

Mike’s experience across many different stages and business models provides a perspective that can be a great sounding board for CEOs as they build their businesses. Mike enjoys working on strategic business issues with his companies, as well as management team building. He has been involved with many add-on acquisitions and equity and debt financings, and is an active board member from idea conception through $1B in revenue.

He has been on the board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston for 17 years and has coached hundreds of kids in lacrosse and soccer from grades 2 through 8.
