Ms. Topay joined Bain Capital in 2008. She is a Partner in the Consumer & Retail Vertical and a member of the European Private Equity team. Ms. Topay has worked in both the Boston and London offices and has also played a leading role in recruiting and training efforts.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Topay was a consultant at Bain & Company where she consulted in consumer, financial services and non-profit sectors in New York and Mexico City.
Education
Ms. Topay received an MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a Ford Scholar, Baker Scholar, and the recipient of the Wolfe Award. She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
