Molly Lawrence

EXPERIENCE

Molly Lawrence joined Bain Capital in 2025.  She is a Vice President of Human Resources leading recruiting, development, and engagement initiatives for the Life Sciences team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, she was a Vice President of Talent Management and Development at Audax Private Equity. Prior to that, she held talent roles at Bain & Company.

Molly received a BA from Dartmouth College.
