EXPERIENCE

Navin Nathani joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is an Operating Partner with the Portfolio Group on the Special Situations team, and is focused on the firm's investments in Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Navin was an Executive Director at Falcon House Partners, managing several mid-market private equity investments in Indonesia. Previously, he was a Principal at Kearney advising clients across Southeast Asia.

EDUCATION

Navin holds an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania as well as a bachelor's degree from the National University of Singapore where he majored in finance.
