EXPERIENCE

Pape Ndaw joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is an Operating Partner and leads the Industrial vertical for the Special Situations business in North America.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Pape was Senior Vice President & General Manager at Schneider Electric, leading their Home and Distribution Business. Prior to that, Pape was a Senior Vice President and General Manager at TE Connectivity where he led the Automotive Business for the Americas region.

PHILANTHROPY

Pape holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a MEng from the University of Bordeaux in France.
