EXPERIENCE

Peter Spring joined Bain Capital in 2005. He is a Partner on the Double Impact team. Previously, he was a member of the Private Equity team, focused on investments in healthcare companies.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Peter was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for financial services companies.

EDUCATION

Peter received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was also co-President of the Harbus Foundation, a student-run venture philanthropy organization. He graduated magna cum laude with a BA in economics from Williams College.
