EXPERIENCE

Phil Loughlin joined Bain Capital in 1996. He is a Senior Advisor to the Private Equity team. Previously, he was a Partner, Global Head of the Financial & Business Services vertical, and a member of the Consumer vertical.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Phil was a consultant at Bain & Company. He also served in operating roles at Eagle Snacks, Inc. and Norton Company.

EDUCATION

Phil received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He graduated cum laude with an AB from Dartmouth College.
