Rachel Colson

EXPERIENCE

Rachel Colson joined Bain Capital in 2023. She is the Director of Communicates from the Ventures team, leading communications for both Ventures and its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Rachel led communications at Coda, a documentation software startup. Before that, she worked at public relations agencies and worked with companies ranging from Series A to post-IPO across the technology and consumer sectors.

EDUCATION

Rachel is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
