Mr. Naageswaran joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is as an Operating Partner in the Technology Vertical and a member of the Portfolio Group for North America Private Equity. He is based in Bain Capital’s San Francisco office.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Naageswaran was Vice President of Product Management at Rubrik, a leading Data Security company where he launched multiple SaaS products and helped the company scale to over $500M ARR. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Partnerships at Cisco Systems and a Consultant at Bain & Company. He began his career as an engineer with a networking start-up Turin Networks (acquired by Dell).
Education
Mr. Naageswaran received an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, MS from University of Colorado at Boulder, and a dual BS in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (India)
