EXPERIENCE

Ray Hass joined Bain Capital in 2019. He is a Managing Director and a member of the Portfolio Group for the Asia Pacific Private Equity team, focusing on investments in the Consumer vertical.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ray was a Partner at Bain & Company where he focused on the consumer products and retail industries, particularly within the Private Equity sector.

EDUCATION

Ray holds a BCom with honours from the University of Melbourne.
