EXPERIENCE

Ray Xi joined Bain Capital in 2017. He is a Managing Director on the Double Impact team. Previously, he was a member of the North America Private Equity team where he worked across the Industrials, Technology, and Healthcare Verticals.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ray was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley.

EDUCATION

Ray graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a BA in economics and mathematics.
