EXPERIENCE

Ron Miasnik joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Vice President on the Ventures team focusing on infrastructure investing in Israel along with incubations and early-stage investing in New York.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ron was Chief of Staff at Aleph. Before that, he was Co-Founder and CEO of Adora, and EdTech SaaS business. Ron began his career in product roles at Microsoft and Houzz.

EDUCATION

Ron graduated with a BA in computer science from Princeton University, magna cum laude.
