Ronald McIntosh

EXPERIENCE

Ronald McIntosh joined Bain Capital in 2021. He is a Partner on the Insurance team and has more than 30 years of experience investing in the insurance industry.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ronald co-founded Lomas Capital, a long-only and hedge fund manager, where he was a Portfolio Manager for all financials including insurance.  Earlier in his career, he was a Portfolio Manager at Caxton Associates, where he led the firm’s financial and insurance investing activities for both public and private equities. Prior to that, he served as an Insurance Analyst for Fox-Pitt, Kelton.

Ronald received a BS from the University of Connecticut.
