Sabrina Rusnak-Carlson

EXPERIENCE

Sabrina Rusnak-Carlson joined Bain Capital in 2025. She is the General Counsel for the Credit business.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Sabrina was the General Counsel of First Eagle Alternative Credit (formerly THL Credit). Before that, she was a Partner in the Private Credit Group of Proskauer Rose LLP.

EDUCATION

Sabrina earned a BS with honors from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, with a minor in international marketing and Spanish.  She also holds a JD from Boston University School of Law.
