EXPERIENCE
Sam Weil joined Bain Capital in 2015. He is a Principal and member of the North America Private Equity team, focusing on investments in the Healthcare vertical.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Sam was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he focused primarily on strategy and operations for clients across the healthcare industry.
EDUCATION
Sam received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He graduated summa cum laude from Duke University with a BS in economics and a minor in history.
