Ms. Diniz joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2019. She is a Vice President in Human Resources and a member of the North American Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Diniz designed leadership curricula for McKinsey & Company. Prior to that, she spent over a decade managing global brands, ranging from Gillette to Pantene, for Procter & Gamble. She began her career as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
Education
Ms. Diniz holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She earned two Bachelors Degrees, in Business Administration and Chinese Studies, from the University of California, Berkeley.
