EXPERIENCE

Sarah Morris joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is a Managing Director in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Europe Private Equity team. Sarah focuses on the human capital agenda across our portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Sarah was Group Chief People Officer of Compass Group, the world's largest contract caterer. Earlier in her career, Sarah was the Group Chief People Officer of Aviva and held HR, strategy, and commercial leadership roles at companies in retail, technology, and oil and gas industries.

EDUCATION

Sarah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and of the Chartered Institute of Management.
