EXPERIENCE

Sean Kelly joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is the Head of the Operations for Luxembourg. He also serves as a Conducting Officer and Board Manager.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Sean was the Managing Director of StepStone Group in Luxembourg, overseeing the operations of private equity, private debt, and real estate assets classes. Previously, he worked at Wellington Luxembourg, holding senior operational and governance roles for their non-US liquid funds. Sean has also held senior roles in fund administration in Dublin and Luxembourg.

EDUCATION

Sean has a BS in business management from Trinity College in Dublin and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
