EXPERIENCE

Shintaro Kohmoto joined Bain Capital in 2021. He is a Principal on the Asia Pacific Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Shintaro worked at Nomura in the Tokyo office, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory and equity and debt solutions for various industries.

EDUCATION

Shintaro received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in economics from the University of Tokyo.
