Stephen Wetherill

EXPERIENCE

Stephen Wetherill joined Bain Capital in 2024. He is a Principal on the Real Estate team, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, structuring and managing investment efforts in multifamily. Prior to Bain Capital, Stephen was a Director at LEM Capital where he focused on multifamily acquisitions. 

Prior to LEM Capital, he worked as an investment banker at Bank of America in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging group and began his career at Fidelity Investments. 

EDUCATION

Stephen holds an MBA from Tuck School of Business and a BA from Dartmouth College.
