EXPERIENCE
Surbhi Martin joined Bain Capital in 2024. She is an Operating Partner in the Special Situations Portfolio Group.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Surbhi was a Senior Vice President at Danone North America managing a portfolio of brands. Prior to that, she was a Senior Director at PepsiCo, where she held global strategy, commercial, and innovation roles. Previously, Surbhi was a management consultant at Booz & Co, where she advised clients in the financial services, healthcare, and education sectors.
EDUCATION
Surbhi received her MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Emory University, where she majored in English and graduated summa cum laude.
