Susan Levine

Ms. Levine joined Bain Capital in 2006.  She is a Partner and member of the North American Private Equity team.  As Head of Talent, she leads the human capital agenda across our North America portfolio which includes ensuring our companies have strong leadership teams supporting our organization acceleration and high performance culture initiatives within our companies.   

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Levine worked at Bain & Company for eight years on the consulting side serving clients in the financial services, consumer products and industrials areas.  Prior to leaving Bain & Company, Ms. Levine also served as Director of North America Marketing and Client Development.  Previously, she worked in the global consulting practice of Barents Group, advising clients in M&A activity in emerging markets.
