Susan Levine

EXPERIENCE

Susan Levine joined Bain Capital in 2006.  She is a Partner, Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner, and Head of Cross-Platform Talent. In these roles, Susan oversees the firm’s strategic priorities and key initiatives, and leads the development of new capabilities in support of firmwide objectives. Previously, she was a member of the North America Private Equity team, serving as Head of Talent. In that role, she led the human capital agenda across the North America portfolio, ensuring portfolio companies had strong leadership teams to support organizational acceleration and high-performance culture initiatives. Susan continues to provide leadership across the North America Private Equity portfolio company talent agenda.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Susan worked at Bain & Company for eight years on the consulting side, serving clients in the financial services, consumer products, and industrials areas. She also served as their Director of North America Marketing and Client Development.  Previously, Susan worked in the global consulting practice of Barents Group, advising clients in M&A activity in emerging markets.

EDUCATION

Susan received an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MA from the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Spanish and international affairs from Georgetown University.
