EXPERIENCE

Swati Mital joined Bain Capital in 2021. She is an Executive Vice President in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team. Swati focuses on fund performance, operations, and strategy.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Swati was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Co. in India and the US where she worked on strategy and operations projects and was a member of the Life Sciences Team in Mumbai.
 

EDUCATION

Swati has a post-graduate degree in management from Indian School of Business. She obtained her BCom with Honors from DAV College in Chandigarh. She is also a Chartered Accountant.
