EXPERIENCE

Sydney Cushing joined Bain Capital in 2025. She is a Vice President on the Liquid and Structured Credit team, serving as a Sector Head in the Industry Research group covering Construction and Consumer Finance.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Sydney worked at Putnam Investments and Franklin Templeton.

EDUCATION

Sydney earned a BA in international relations from Tufts University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
