Talena Liu

EXPERIENCE

Ms. Liu joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is an Executive Vice President in the Portfolio Group and a member of the European Private Equity team. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Liu was the Vice President of Strategy and part of the extended Management Team for the European Dental Group, a PE-backed healthcare company based in the Netherlands. She previously worked with McKinsey & Company in the Amsterdam and Toronto offices, where she worked across industries including private equity / principal investors, FIG, and oil & gas. Prior to that, she worked for a hedge fund based in Kuwait, where she was an investment analyst focusing on Asian equities, and for NYSE Euronext in New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

EDUCATION

Ms. Liu received her MBA from Chicago Booth and her BSc in Economics and Finance from Wharton (Penn).
