Tiffany Rech

EXPERIENCE

Tiffany Rech joined Bain Capital in 2019. She is a Senior Vice President and Head of Investor Learning.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Tiffany was at Bain & Company for over 10 years, first as a client-facing consultant and then in several global talent leadership roles. While there, she launched the global Bain Career Advisory, led the firm’s consultant-level training curriculum strategy, and developed and facilitated training around the world on topics such as leadership, professional development, and career coaching. Tiffany began her career in strategy consulting at Monitor Group in Canada.

EDUCATION

Tiffany received her MBA with distinction from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, as well as a BS in biology and HBA in business administration from the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
