Tommaso Debenedetti joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Europe Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, he worked at Amazon and McKinsey & Company.

EDUCATION

Tommaso received an MBA from INSEAD, and a MSc from Bocconi University in Milan.
