EXPERIENCE

Tomohiko Hibino joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is an Executive Vice President and member of the Portfolio Group on the Asia Pacific Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Tomohiko worked at RTS (Reset. Transform. Sustain.) unit of McKinsey & Company Tokyo office conducting corporate wide transformation for retail, consumer, and healthcare related clients. Prior to that, he worked for a technology start-up. As a CEO, he conducted equity financing, developed business plan, and led capital and business alliance with large manufacturing companies. 

EDUCATION

Tomohiko received an MBA from London Business School and his Bachelor of Laws from Doshisha University.
