EXPERIENCE

Viktor Zimmermann joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Principal on the Special Situations team, covering thematic and opportunistic real estate investment opportunities across the capital structure.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Viktor held specialized professional roles in investment banking, corporate restructuring, and private equity at Apollo, Davidson Kempner, and Castlelake.  

EDUCATION

Viktor holds a diploma degree in business administration and economics from the University of Mannheim in Germany. As part of an exchange scholarship program, he also studied at the University of Warwick Business School in the United Kingdom.
