EXPERIENCE

Vivian Tsai joined Bain Capital in 2020. She is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Special Situations team in Asia.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Vivian worked at Hudson Advisors and was responsible for managing Lone Star Funds’ non-performing loan investments in China. Previously, she worked at China Merchants Capital, Invesco Real Estate, and TAN-EU Capital as a fund manager based in Hong Kong.

EDUCATION

Vivian received a BA from National Taiwan University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
