Wayne DeVeydt

EXPERIENCE

Wayne joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is a Managing Director and a member of the Portfolio Group for North America Private Equity. He previously held numerous roles including Chief Executive Officer, senior advisor and board member on several Bain Capital Private Equity owned companies. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital, he served in a number of public company C-suite positions for both mid and large cap companies as well as serving as the Chair of several public company boards. Wayne focuses on capital markets across all industry verticals.

Wayne received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Missouri in St. Louis.
