Yasuyuki Matsubara

EXPERIENCE

Yasuyuki Matsubara joined Bain Capital in 2024. He is an Associate Director and a member on the Asia Pacific Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Yasuyuki worked at MCP Mezzanine, a private debt fund where he was engaged in mezzanine investment mainly for LBO transactions. Previously, he worked at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in the Leveraged Finance team.

EDUCATION

Yasuyuki received a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Sophia University.
