EXPERIENCE

Yazan Halwani joined Bain Capital in 2020. He is a Vice President and member of the Technology and Financial and Business Services verticals on the Europe Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Yazan worked at Boston Consulting Group in the Principal Investors and Private Equity (PIPE) practice, focusing on due diligence for sovereign wealth funds.

EDUCATION

Yazan received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and BEng with distinction from the American University of Beirut.
