EXPERIENCE

Young Lu joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is an Associate on the Insurance team based in London.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Young worked at L.E.K. Consulting in the Financial Services practice.

EDUCATION

Young received an MSc from London Business School and a BEng from the University of Bath.
