In January, 2018, the Relief Fund supported three nonprofit organizations directly engaged in the ongoing relief efforts in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria: World Central KitchenDirect Relief, and Boys and Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico. 
 In October, 2018, the Relief Fund made a grant to the Operation HOPE Disaster Fund, which supported communities in the Florida panhandle affected by Hurricane Michael.
In December 2018, the Relief Fund made two grants to support organizations that were helping families to rebuild after the Camp Fire in Northern California: Baby2Baby and the North Valley Community Foundation.
In April 2019, the Relief Fund made two grants to support relief efforts in Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Malawi after Cyclone Idai: Save the Children and  Direct Relief.
In April 2019, the Relief Fund made two grants to support relief and reconstruction in Nebraska after severe flooding of the Platte River: Habitat for Humanity of Omaha​ and the Grand Island Community Foundation
In September 2019, the Relief Fund made grants to Direct Relief and World Central Kitchen ​to support relief efforts in the Bahamas following Hurricane Dorian.
In January 2020, the Relief Fund made grants to ​the  Australian Red CrossNSW ​Rural Fire Service, and  Victoria's County Fire Authority​  to support firefighting and relief efforts in Australia after bushfires burned millions of acres in New South Wales and Victoria.
In August 2020, the Relief Fund made grants to International Medical Corps and Save the Children ​to support relief and reconstruction efforts in Beirut following the Port Explosion.
In November 2020, the Relief Fund made a grant to UNICEF to support relief and reconstruction efforts in Central America following back to back Hurricanes Eta and Iota.
In August 2021, the Relief Fund made grants to AKUT and The Hellenic Initiative to support relief efforts in Greece and Turkey as the two countries experienced their worst ever wildfire season.
In October 2021, the Relief Fund made two grants to support suffering and displaced Afghans after violence in Afghanistan worsened in intensity and spread in reach causing nearly 6 million to be driven out of their homes and their country: International Rescue Committee (IRC) and International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP)
After another wave of devastating wildfires in California, the Relief Fund made a grant in October 2021 to support relief and reconstruction: California Community Foundation’s Wildfire Recovery Fund
In October 2021, the Relief Fund made a grant to support relief and reconstruction in Haiti following an earthquake that decimated much of the southern part of the country: Haiti Development Institute’s (HDI) Earthquake Response Fund
In October 2021, the Relief Fund made a grant to support reconstruction in Louisiana following Hurricane Ida, the second-most damaging and intense hurricane in the state: Rebuilding Together
In December 2021, the Relief Fund made two grants to support relief and reconstruction in Kentucky after the state experienced the most devastating series of tornadoes in the state’s history: Team Western Kentucky Tornado Relief Fund and World Central Kitchen
